At Velozzo, Inc., we want you to shop with confidence. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible accessories, parts, and non-electric bicycles, beginning on the date your order is delivered.
Important: All returns require prior authorization from Velozzo. Please contact us at info@velozzo.com before returning any item. Returns shipped without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
Returns are accepted only for eligible products that meet the conditions described in this policy. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, incorrect sizing, or personal preference unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Electric Bicycles & Scooters
Electric bicycles and electric scooters are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Products must receive return authorization before being shipped back.

Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.

Products that have been assembled, ridden, modified, registered with the manufacturer, or damaged by misuse are not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow this Return & Refund Policy.
4. Refunds & Restocking Fees
After your approved return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on the reason for the return and where permitted by law:

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Refused deliveries may incur return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.

Original outbound shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
If an extended warranty was purchased and the associated product qualifies for a refund, the warranty may also be refunded in accordance with the warranty provider's terms.
5. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law or approved due to our error:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Return Address
Do not return any product without prior authorization.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, Velozzo will provide the appropriate return shipping address. Depending on the product, approved returns may be shipped directly to the manufacturer, an authorized fulfillment center, or a designated Velozzo return location.
Returns sent without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or to an address other than the one provided in your return approval may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
6. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned products must:

Be unused and unassembled.

Be in new, resalable condition.

Include the original manufacturer's packaging.
-
Include all manuals, accessories, hardware, promotional items, and documentation.

Show no signs of installation, riding, wear, abuse, modification, or misuse.
For electric bicycles and scooters:

Batteries must be returned undamaged and packaged in accordance with applicable shipping regulations.
For gas-powered products:
-
Fuel must not have been added.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to request an approved return and place a new order once your return has been authorized.
8. Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranties
Most products sold by Velozzo include a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper assembly

Abuse or neglect

Accidental damage
-
Unauthorized modifications

Improper maintenance

Many manufacturers require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before accepting warranty claims.
9. Replacement Parts
In many cases, minor shipping damage, cosmetic imperfections, or missing components can be resolved by providing replacement parts instead of returning the complete product.
When appropriate, Velozzo or the manufacturer may supply replacement parts to resolve these issues quickly and efficiently.
10. Preparing Your Return
Before shipping your approved return:

Securely repack the product using the original manufacturer's packaging.

Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
-
Include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if provided.

Ship the package only to the return address provided in your return approval email.

Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping label if instructed.

Use a trackable and insured shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:

Inspect the package before accepting delivery whenever possible.

Note any visible damage or shortages on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Take clear photographs of the packaging and product.

Prompt notification helps us process shipping claims more efficiently.
12. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law:

13. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your approved return:

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
