At Velozzo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for accessories, parts, and regular bicycles, starting from the date you receive your item.

Important: Please contact us at info@velozzo.com before returning any product. Returns and refunds are only accepted upon approval.

We do not accept returns for personal reasons. Returns are only accepted for items with unsolvable quality issues.

Electric Bicycles & Scooters

We offer a 15-day return window for electric bicycles and scooters, starting from the date of delivery.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returns for personal preference are not accepted.
  • Items must be approved for return before shipping.

Refunds & Restocking

  • Approved returns for electric bicycles and scooters will receive a 100% refund, including original shipping costs.
  • Extended warranties purchased with these items will also be refunded in full.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to new units returned in original condition, including unauthorized returns.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not accept freight collect or COD packages.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in new, resellable condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and promotional items.
  • Items that have been ridden, worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible.
  • For gas-powered items, fuel must not be added.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Defective Products & Warranties

  • Most products are covered by manufacturer warranties for defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Abuse, neglect, or accidental damage is not covered.
  • Contact the manufacturer directly or email us at info@velozzo.com for warranty support.
  • Most manufacturers require a Return Authorization (RMA) before accepting returns.

Preparing Your Return

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Include a copy of your invoice and RMA notice.
  3. Clearly write your RMA number on the shipping label.
  4. Use a trackable, insured shipping method (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect:

  • Do not sign the delivery receipt until you inspect the package.
  • Note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt.
  • Take photos and email us at info@velozzo.com within 48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Gift cards or sale items

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
