Certain products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners located in China.

Products fulfilled from warehouses within the United States typically arrive within:

4. Shipping Costs
We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.
If expedited shipping options become available in the future, customers will have the option to select their preferred shipping method during checkout for an additional charge.
5. Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest possible service, products ordered together may ship separately from different warehouses or manufacturers.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate deliveries.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.
Velozzo is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.
Velozzo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

9. Large Freight Deliveries
Some bicycles, electric bicycles, scooters, and oversized products may be delivered by freight carrier rather than standard parcel service.
For these deliveries:

An adult may be required to receive and sign for the shipment.

Please inspect the shipment before signing whenever possible.

If visible damage is present, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
10. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.
If your package is damaged, missing items, or you receive the wrong product:

Take clear photographs of the package and product.

Retain all original packaging materials.

Prompt reporting helps us process claims with our shipping partners more efficiently.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us. We will gladly assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
12. International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
13. P.O. Boxes
Certain oversized products, including bicycles, electric bicycles, scooters, and other large items, cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address for these shipments.
